This is very first Facilitation in Training (FiT) Workshop in Myanmar delivered by Janice Lua, FIT Master Trainer, PBM, CPF, CMF from Facilitators Network Singapore (FNS).  This is also a special arrangement by CBI and FNS (Facilitators Network of Singapore) for trainers, teachers, lecturers, instructors and anyone who needs to conduct training/teaching in an engaging and effective manner to maximise learning and achieve desired learning outcomes. 

The workshop is designed for experienced trainers to improve in their delivery using facilitative approaches. So this course is NOT for those who WISH to be a trainer.

CBI and Facilitators Network Singapore (FNS) signed partnership agreement to promote and develop the facilitation skill of Myanmar people. FNS is a private company limited registered in Singapore and affiliated with the International Institute for Facilitation (INIFAC). It organizes regular learning and development activities for local and regional network of facilitation. According to the agreement, CBI conducted SPOT facilitation workshops in Myanmar 2014 and this workshop FIT is very first workshop in Myanmar.
